2 Best Quick and Healthy Recipes for Breakfast

The recipes we’re making are easy to make, good enough to fill your stomach, and don’t take longer than 10 mins. These may be your go-to dishes whilst you want something to consume when you do not have a whole lot of time.

1.Creamy Coconut Mushroom Chicken

Avocado oil – 1 tablespoon

Chicken breasts – 425g, thickly sliced

Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon

Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon

Dried chili flakes – ½ teaspoon

Mixed mushroom shitake – 2 cups, sliced

Full fats canned coconut milk – ½ cup

Fresh toddler spinach – three to  four pieces

Sea salt and pepper – simply sufficient for taste

Parsley or cilantro – for garnishing

Sliced inexperienced onions – for garnishing

Corn tortilla chips – for dipping
