The recipe is a perfect mix of vegetables and protein-rich sea fish that will keep you full all day. The best part is the entire dish takes only twenty minutes to prepare, which is perfect for working men and women.

Ingredients Required To Prepare The Dish

Six smashed cloves of garlic

Two green beans (you have to trim it)

Three finely chopped anchovy fillets

Two tablespoons of olive oil

Pepper

Kosher salt

Two pounds of salmon fillet (cut them in four pieces and remove the skin)

Greek yogurt

Step By Step Method To Prepare

At first, you need to heat the oven at four hundred and fifty degrees of Fahrenheit. Take a large baking sheet toss and fry the beans, tomatoes,  garlic, anchovies, and olives in one tablespoon of oil. Add pepper to the mix as seasonings. Roast the entire mixture for fifteen minutes until it turns brown.

Take a large pan and add the remaining oil. On the other hand season the salmon fishing with salt and pepper about one-fourth of a teaspoon. Cook the fish until it turns transparent and golden brown. Make sure to cook each side of the fish for a minimum of five minutes. Finally, serve the dish with the cooked vegetables and yogurt.

Vegetable Ramen With Bok Choy And Mushrooms

The recipe is perfect for lunch when you are on your diet plan. It is an ideal mix of flavors and taste with your favorite ingredients. You can also add shredded chicken for a better taste.

Ingredients Required To Prepare The Dish

Three scallions

One to three pieces of ginger (you need to peel the skin and thinly slice it)

Five tablespoons of tamari or soy sauce

Six packets of ramen noodles

Six mushroom caps (thinly slice them)

Two heads of baby bok choy.

Sliced and halved leaves and stems of bok choy

Four snow peas thinly sliced

One tablespoon of rice vinegar

Two medium eggs boiled

Half cilantro sprigs

Sliced red chili

Step By Step Method

Firstly, slice the white part of the scallions. Place the scallions in a large pot with eight cups of water. Add ginger to the water and boil it.

Next, add and stir the tamari along with noodles. Cook the noodles as per the packet directions. Add the mushrooms and bok choy after the noodles and cook for three minutes. Turn down the heat and add to stir the snow peas and vinegar.

Divide and serve the soup in four bowls and add half of a boiled egg on top of each dish. Slice the scallions and serve it with red chile and cilantro.
