With children as young as 3 or 4, you can make easy healthy food for them. They love fruits and vegetables as much as we do, but they do not eat them as much. You need to be creative and find ways to give them something that they love to eat. Try out some fruit or vegetable smoothies or fruit salad that are easy to make, and they taste really good.


Kids love sandwiches. If you put them in some good cheese and toast or even on some whole wheat crackers and you will see that your kids enjoy eating them.

Baked Vegetables

Try using a variety of fruits or vegetables and then use some protein in them. That will add protein and will keep them fuller for a longer period. You can also try having some easy healthy foods like baked vegetables. You can bake some potatoes, cut them up, put them in a pan, and then fry it up a bit in olive oil and bake them in the oven.

Fresh Spinach

You can then serve this with some fresh spinach on top and some croutons, and you will have a great snack that is healthy and tasty. If you want to have it even simpler, you can make some tortilla chips and dip them in some salsa Verde.

Another easy healthy snack is to make some oatmeal cookies or brownies. You can use any nuts or seeds or raisins, add some honey and cinnamon, and then stick the bars together.

Of course, the healthiest way to have healthy snacks would be to buy organic fruits and vegetables and eat them right from the supermarket! There are many different kinds of fruits and vegetables available in the market that are free of chemicals and toxins, and you can get them in the market at just about any grocery store that sells produce!

Keep Your Kids Healthier

Homemade healthy snacks are also a great way of keeping your kids healthier. You can make homemade cookies that are low fat, and you can add your sugar and fruit juice to it if you like!

Fruit-Flavored: Healthy Snacks

Healthy drinks are another easy healthy snack for kids. You can drink your morning water or make fruit-flavored water and drink it for breakfast and still be healthy for breakfast and snacks throughout the day. This will keep your kids fuller longer and healthier all day long.

Healthy desserts are great, and they taste better than any other kind of food, and they have fewer calories and sodium too. You can even make your own!
