 128 ounce roasted crushed tomatoes (no-added salt)

114 ounce petite diced tomatoes (no salt)

One tablespoon chili powder

Two tablespoons dried oregano

Two tablespoon cumin (grounded)

Three-fourth cup wheat berries

One onion (chopped)

One poblano pepper

Two large cloves garlic (pressed)

215-ounce low-sodium beans (rinsed)

One cup of frozen corn

Two cups cooked white meat chicken (shredded)

Cotija cheese, cilantro leaves and lime wedges for serving

How To Make It? Step By Step Method

Put the roasted tomatoes, diced tomatoes, cumin, oregano, chili powder, one cup water and one-fourth teaspoon of pepper and salt in a slow cooker.

Seven to eight hours of low heat, stir in with white berries, poblano, onion, and garlic. Cover the lid of the cooker until the white berries are a bit chewy.

About ten minutes before serving, stir the chicken, beans, and corn. Sprinkle Cortijo, cilantro and lime wedges on the top of the dish before serving.

Enjoy the delicious dish with a hearty bowl of the spicy chili.

Ground Turkey Skillet With Green Beans


Two tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)

One pound turkey (free-range extra-lean grounded)

One teaspoon minced garlic

Half cup diced the onion

Half cup diced the yellow bell pepper

One and a half cup chopped green beans

Three-fourth cup tomato sauce (homemade)

 Black pepper (grounded) and salt

A pinch of red pepper (grounded)

How To Make It?

Over medium-high heat in a skillet heats the olive oil. Next, add the turkey and cook until it turns into pieces. Add onion and garlic when the turkey is ready, and the onion turns golden brown.

Add yellow bell pepper, tomato sauce and green beans in the skillet until the vegetables are tender.

Add crushed red pepper, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.

Enjoy the delicious dish serving it warm.

Spicy Baked Black Bean Nachos


 Black Bean Spicy Mixture

One tablespoon olive oil

One onion

Fifteen-ounce black bean

Ten-ounce tomatoes with  green chilies (diced)

Half teaspoon chipotle powder

Half teaspoon cumin

One-fourth teaspoon garlic powder

One-fourth salt


Eight-ounce corn tortilla chips (sturdy)

Four ounces shredded cheddar

One Roma tomato

One Jalapeno

One-third cup red onion (pickled)

Cilantro (handful)

One-fourth sour cream


Over medium heat in a large skillet, until the transparent onions with the black beans allowing some of the starchy liquid coating the beans. Along with the cumin, garlic powder, chipotle powder, diced tomato chilies and salt stir and simmered the mixture for ten minutes until the liquid thickens.

With shredded cheddar cheese, Roma tomato, jalapeno, and chopped cilantro begin preheating the oven at 350 degrees. On a foil spread the layer of tortilla chips in a single layer on the foil. With one more layer of black beans, chips and cheese repeat the same.

Bake the cheese, beans, and chips for seven minutes until the cheese melt, and the fries turn golden brown.

After removing the nachos from the oven add dollops of sour cream over the top and sprinkle pickled red onion, jalapeno, chopped cilantro and dried tomato on the top.
