One tablespoon olive oil
Fifteen-ounce black bean
Ten-ounce tomatoes with green chilies (diced)

Eight-ounce corn tortilla chips (sturdy)
Four ounces shredded cheddar
One Roma tomato
One-third cup red onion (pickled)

Over medium heat in a large skillet, until the transparent onions with the black beans allowing some of the starchy liquid coating the beans. Along with the cumin, garlic powder, chipotle powder, diced tomato chilies and salt stir and simmered the mixture for ten minutes until the liquid thickens.
