Spaghetti Dinner With Homemade Sauce

Ingredients

One pound spaghetti (whole wheat)

One pound turkey (grounded)

Three cups spaghetti sauce (homemade)

Parmesan cheese (grated)

Parsley (chopped)

How To Make The Dish?

 Take a bowl and boil the water with salt mixing generously and add spaghetti noodles, cook until it is done. That is about seven to ten minutes.

Take a large pan over medium heat, add oil for the turkey to cook until it turns brown. When the turkey is ready, add three cups of homemade spaghetti sauce and stir well enough to heat through. 

Take a plate and put the spaghetti noodles and pile high the turkey and spaghetti juice.

Serve the spaghetti with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top. The mouthwatering delicious dish is ready.

Healthy Family Meals: Chicken Fajita Casserole

Ingredients

Two cups of cooked brown rice

One and a half-pound of chicken breasts (skinless and boneless) cut into thin strips

One large sliced bell pepper

One onion (sliced)

One can dice tomato (fire-roasted)

One tablespoon virgin olive oil

One and a half teaspoons cumin (grounded)

Half teaspoon of oregano (dried)

Half teaspoon salt

One-fourth teaspoon cayenne pepper

One-fourth teaspoon black pepper

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Two cups of cheddar cheese (shredded)

Shredded lettuce, salsa, yogurt, and avocado slices or any fajita toppings

How To Make The Dish?

Take a two-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the oven at 400-degree bake the chicken until it is ready. Except for the cheese, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir it well.

Bake for twenty minutes after placing the mixture in the casserole. Bake another ten minutes after sprinkling cheese on top until its melt and the chicken is ready,

Pasta With Salmon, Spinach, And Olives

Ingredients

Half pound of whole-grain pasta

Two pieces of salmon fillets (skinless)

Two leeks halved and sliced (white and light green parts)

Two teaspoons canola oil

One bunch flat-leaf spinach (without thick stem)

Half cup of green olives (silvered)

One tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Kosher Salt

Black pepper

How To Make The Dish?

Take a bowl and cook the pasta as per the package instructions. Drain the pasta, but reserve one cup of pasta water.

Take a nonstick skillet and heat the canola oil in a high-medium heat. Add the leeks seasoning with black pepper and kosher salt. Cook for five minutes, or until the leeks get soft. Keep the leeks aside.

Now, place the salmon in the pan and cook for three to five minutes per side when the salmon is ready, flake and toss it with the pasta, olives, spinach, lemon juice, and the pasta water.
