Ingredients Required To Prepare The Dish

Two tablespoons of butter (no added salt)

One tablespoon of virgin oil

Three thinly sliced small bell peppers

Fresh black pepper (finely ground)

Kosher salt

Two medium zucchini cut half into a thick slice

Fettucine pasta enough for serving four

Fresh basil herbs (chop or torn).

Step By Step Method

Firstly, take a large skillet and heat oil and butter on medium-high heat. Add the onions and peppers. Season them with salt and pepper. Cook for twelve minutes until it turns opaque after that add the zucchini and cook for six to seven minutes until the pepper turns tender and crispy.

Take another pan and cook the pasta as directed in the packet. Drain the pasta water and reserve one cup of it for further use.

After that add the mozzarella,  pasta,  basil and the half cup of reserved pasta water. Add the pepper mixture and toss it in the pan. You can add extra pasta water to make the sauce. Finally season the dish with salt and pepper. You can add shredded mozzarella as additional toppings.

Ingredients Required To Prepare The Dish

Twelve whole wheat linguine

One tablespoon of virgin olive oil

Three cloves of minced garlic

One cup of chicken broth (low sodium contain)

Three fourth cup of milk

Half cup of finely grated parmesan cheese

Two tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt

Fresh black pepper powder

A few pinches of red pepper flakes

Chopped fresh parsley

Step By Step Method

Firstly, take a large pot and add salt and water. Boil the salted water to cook the linguine. Make sure to cook it as per the package directions. Drain the extra water from the cooked pasta.  Put aside a half cup of the pasta water.

Next, take a large skillet and heat the oil in medium temperature. Add the garlic for fragrance and cook for a minute. Then add the milk and broth to boil it. Turn the heat to low and add the yogurt and parmesan to the milk. Simmer the sauce for five minutes until it gets thick. Season the sauce with pepper, salt, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Add pasta to the sauce and half cup of the drained reserve water. Combine the pasta and sauce well. If the sauce gets thick, then add more water until it is consistent. Lastly, you can garnish the dish with parsley.  You are ready to serve the healthy pasta recipes.
