The dish is easy and delicious and can consume it as a snack. It takes about ten hours to cook the recipe.

Ingredients Required To Cook The Recipe

One can of dry chickpeas

Two teaspoons of baking soda

Ome tablespoon of lemon juice

Half cup of tahini

One teaspoon of cumin

One and a half teaspoon of kosher salt

Half teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Black pepper powder

Three fourth cup of olive oil

Pinch of paprika for garnish

Chopped parsley for garnish

One head of garlic

Two teaspoons of virgin olive oil

Kosher salt

Step By Step Method For Cooking The Recipe

Firstly, take a large bowl and add water for one inch. Then add the chickpeas with one teaspoon of baking soda. Keep it as it is for a night.

Next day,  preheat the oven at four hundred degrees. Then strain the water from the soaked chickpeas and place it in a large pot. Repeat the process by adding a teaspoon of baking soda and cover the pan after filling up an inch with water. Boil the water and cover the lid. Next, lower the heat and simmer for an hour. Once it turns tender skim off the top layer.

After that, drizzle with olive oil and use salt pepper as seasonings. Wrap the dish in foil and put it in a bowl. Roast the dish for forty minutes you til it turns soft and golden.

Next,  drain the water from the chickpeas and put it in a food processor bowl. Add lemon juice, garlic, tahini, salt, cumin, pepper and red pepper flakes to the dish. Blend it until it gets smooth. As the food processor runs carefully stream the olive oil until it reaches a consistent hummus. Add the hummus into a bowl and use paprika, parsley and olive oil as toppings.

Ingredients Required To Prepare The Dish

One large avocado

Three fourth cup of parmesan

One teaspoon of lemon juice

Half teaspoon garlic powder

Half teaspoon of Italian seasonings

Kosher salt

Back pepper powder

Step By Step Method To Prepare Avocado Chips

Firstly, preheat the oven to around three hundred degrees. Next, take two baking sheets and line with parchment paper. Next, take a bowl and mix the avocado until it gets smooth. Stir with lemon juice, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. Finally, add salt and pepper. 

After that, take spoons of the mixture on a baking sheet. Place each scoop around three inches apart from each other. Flatten them with a spatula or with the back of a cup. Bake the scoops for thirty minutes until it turns golden. Finally, cool the chips and serve them at room temperature.
